Wings Boiled then Fried

 


This is the best and easiest I've come up with, so maybe the last word from me on fried wings.

Boil 10 minutes, drain well and pat dry (important). Massive amounts of fat float to the surface, especially with cheap fatty Tyson wings.

Season generously with KFC seasoning and Adobo salt. Deep fry 12 minutes, drain well. DONE! Crispity crunchity tender and lean, perfect seasoning and texture.

That's my win for today. Quitting while I'm ahead. I've heard this works just the same for baking or grilling.
