Ginger Basil Mint Coco Limeade

Using a mortar and pestle, muddled up:
1 handful of basil leaves
2 handsful of mint leaves
1-2 big thumbs of grated ginger
Steeped that in enough water to cover for 20 minutes
I used 2 cans of defrosted frozen limeade mix for convenience
Strain herb liquid into the limeade concentrate
Then to brighten, I added juice of a few extra limes, and if you are adventurous, about a tablespoon of pickled jalapeno water!

I store it in a carafe in the refrigerator in concentrated form, and add it to my water glass. Happiest beverage ever, maybe.

Not being one to leave well enough alone, I added 1 can of coconut milk and 1 can of condensed milk. Surely the happiest beverage ever.

Then I went crazy: In the smallest amount of water possible, brewed and steeped 3 star anise, 2 bags of black tea, 5 cloves, teaspoon of Garam Masala, pinch of 5 Spice, cinnamon, ground toasted coriander, black pepper and added that strained in.

I'm stopping now. I promise!
