Toasted Ravioli with Shrimp and Snow Peas

This was pretty fun... I had no recipe, just a rough idea of what I was going to do.

Cooked 1 big bag of fresh mozz ravioli per instructions, then pan-fried in 50/50 browned butter and baconfat.

Grilled a pound of salt and pepper chili shrimp for 2 minutes on the hot grill.

Cleaned and steamed 2 bags of snow peas for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Finished with fresh romano cheese, lime juice, bit of chili powder,
and green onion.

This was really fun to taste, too. It's unusual for sure, but I was pretty delighted when this frankenmess actually turned out to be delicious and an adventure-treat to eat. Bouncing around between savory half-fried ravioli, the bright sweet snap of snow peas, and the super-savory shrimp, all playing with the zing of lime and chili powder.
