Cleopatra's eye (aka Egg in a Basket) with grilled veggies and links.

This was very rustic and delicious. A treat to go at it with fork and knife, a bite of this, a bit of that. The tomato was warm and exploding with flavor, and the onions were just at the right balance of sweetness. You're probably looking at that egg, imagining that first bite, and yes. It was that good. More like this to come, I hope!

Afterthought: Probably the best breakfast I've made that I can remember.
