Chili Mac with White Cheddar and Onions


It's the first cold weekend of the year, and all americans are required by law to make chili. I like to use half ground chuck and half italian sausage, Williams Original chili seasoning, and follow the directions. Add half a bag of cooked elbow macaroni at the end. Nothing fancypants here, but it is comfort food.
