BBQ "fried" Chops


Crazy town paid off: Marinated overnight in liquid smoke and olive oil, drained and rolled in BBQ sauce thickened with brown sugar, and rolled in Shake & Bake breading. Grilled on high for 14 minutes over soaked hickory chips. Came out fantastic, moist, flavorful, what a curious surprise!
