THE ubiquitous original 60's dried beef cheese ball recipe. I guess I have to archive this super simple and extremely popular recipe here, because if I search as I would for the past couple decades for "DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL", Google thinks we really need several hundred things that are not this one.
The day...The recipe searching..... died.
Boo hoo and here's the classic:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces dried beef
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ¼ teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG)
- ¼ teaspoon onion salt
