1.5 lb green beans
1/4 lb very finely diced lunchmeat ham, fried crispy
(crispy ham is my new bacon)
4 cloves garlic diced
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang pepper paste
lime juice and Zaatar spice (sumac based mix, kinda lemoney-tangy but darker in flavor)
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
I tossed all this in the oven and baked at 450F for 10 minutes.
Drained liquid, added seasoning for an additional 4 minutes.
It's fantastic! Deep flavor and fresh green bean goodness.
