Smokey Pastrami Cheddar Spread

Using up the last of the pastrami.

1 teaspoon MSG
4 chopped green onions
1 package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 pound finely grated extra sharp cheddar
about 1 cup of grated Romano
t teaspoons zesty italian dressing mix powder
1 small can Hatch green chiles
dash of sesame oil
toasted sesame seeds
1/4 pound diced smoked pastrami, the real deal
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon celery salt

Great with pretzels... it's smoky, sharp cheesy. The italian dressing powder and anchovy paste add punches of extra zing. Reminds me of Old English Cheddar spread you buy in the store, except using actual delicious ingredients.
