Grilled plain, then when they mostly stopped dripping, rolled in a quadruple batch of the funky BBQ Potato Chip Spice:
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
- Then cooked about 4 minutes more to caramelize. Fantastic!
