No pic. This is just for me, unless you're just crazy enough and like this kind of sweet savory profile.
1 bag popcorn, cooled.
Re microwave the prepared popcorn for 1 minute in the microwave. What this does is boils off the residual steam moisture and makes it extra dry and crispy.
3 tbsp melted butter with cinnamon oil or flavoring, not powder.
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cavender's seasoning (salt pepper herbs)
Stir and toss well to cover evenly. Taste it, it's already excellent.
Gild the lily: Melt 2 cubes Almond Bark or white choc, drizz and toss. Regular milk or dark choc would be good too instead or in addition. Not too much.
Let cool and harden on cookie sheet.
Hits you with the sweet, then the buttery, then the savory, and then it hits you that it tastes like a plate of thanksgiving dinner. Thought about adding sage and other stuff more thanksgivingey, but it's enough as is. Probably too much for normals. Sounds terrible, but then you taste it, and it's GREAT!
