Spaghetti with Dry Fried Green Beans and Mushrooms

Yeah this one's out there, but hey, it worked! In my mind, a combo of dry fried green beans with buttered clam pasta. Funner with sesame seeds, toasted almonds and crispy ham and mushrooms.

Prep the Dry Fried Green Beans.
Cook a pound of spaghetti in chicken bullion water, lube lightly.
Toast 1/4 cup sesame seeds and 1/4 cup sliced almonds.

Fry 1/4 lb. finely diced ham in bacon fat. Add some cashew milk and nutritional yeast, then 2 cans of drained clams with some of the juice and reduce.

Fry a diced onion with a tablespoon of diced garlic.
Sautee 1 pound of sliced white mushrooms, reduce until dry and caramelized.

Toss everything with salt and pepper and nutritional yeast (fake parm) and lime juice. I used potassium salt and low salt soy sauce for the salt, but there's a lot in the bacon fat and ham.

Hooooeee this is DELICIOUS! Nutty beaney savory. Lots going on, complex but it all worked. This will make some great lunches.
