Corned Beef Bourguignon

Because it had to be tried. Merged the previously posted recipes for Corned Beef and Beef Bourguignon. Probably won't do again, but I will enjoy these 8 lunches bagged in the freezer. Thyme and wine are the main flavor notes instead of mustard-horseradish. Fun!
