Smoked Pork Neck Cheese Ball

Pretty sure you won't find this anywhere else.

1.5 cups picked and diced pork neck meat
1 tbsp bacon bits
2 packages cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 packet Ranch dressing powder
8 oz. grated cheddar
6 diced green onions
1 tsp MSG
1 tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning

chopped pecans for rolling

Mmm deeeeelicious. Pork neck meat is less hammy and more smoky, my favorite part of the hog. Hard to describe, but it's fantastic in this recipe.
