French trimmed a bunch of chicken drums, marinated in traditional bulgolgi recipe. I wanted to do something to make them look different, so I added a ton of turmeric and paprika to give it that orange color.
Grilled on a medium hickory-smoke grill for about 25 minutes, topped with sesame seeds and green onion and lime juice.
Lovely smoky-sweet and caramelized outside.
Fried okra on the side, yo.
