5 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and diced in 1 inch cubes
Cold water to cover
Add 4 diced cloves of garlic
Bring to boil, add salt
Cook 10-14 minutes, do not overcook
drain
mash
2 sticks melted and room temp butter
8 oz. sour cream, room temp
8 oz. grated cheddar
1/2 cup cream, room temp
4 ounces bacon bits
8 or so diced green onion
salt and pepper to taste
These are going with the pork roast with gravy that's cooking now, which will appear above this recipe.
