Spring Salad


Grilled skirt, shrimp, snow peas, asparagus tossed over half a romaine with mint, cilantro and basil, a little tomato and mango, celery, carrot,
onion, with dressing of lime juice, olive oil and a bit of vinegar. And a handful of pickled garbanzos and edamame. This is a bowl of delicious happy.
