Oven Fried Boneless Thighs


One cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, shake and bake style in a bag. Keep adding spices until the breading tastes how you like. Lay breaded pieces directly on the oven rack, with a foil drip tray below. Lightly spray the chicken with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes until it gets to 180F. YUM! This is the best "fried" chicken I have ever made, and I've made a lot. Never going to deep fry again!
