Noodles with Shrimp and Asparagus


Noodles, grilled shrimp, grilled asparagus, finely chopped garlic, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup Thai fish sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, generous hot sauce, shredded carrot, shitake mushrooms, salt, pepper, cilantro.

The smoky salty nutty grilled ingredients meet the tangy sour and sweet Thai inspired sauce with cilantro, this dish brings all my best friends in the world together. Later: this makes a *fantastic* midnight snack cold from the fridge!
