Tofu Cracklins

Here in the south, one might say, "Hm, that there's a fine lookin' mess of tofu cracklins". Then again, one might not, being as how I like to think I invented tofu cracklins, so that leaves me and however many people that read this blog and make comments out loud in a hokey southern accent that might possibly say such a thing.
