Tofu or Not Tofu, That is the Question

Looks pretty yum! (wasn't) Marinated pressed tofu in tomato-bacon salad dressing for 2 hours, then rolled in Ranch dressing mix powder, then in cornstarch. Baked with a little oil for about 2 hours. Excellent texture. Tastes absolutely dreadful, only the sour notes of the dressings survived, but very happy with this cornstarch crust.
