BBQ Tofu, part 2


Did a little better this time. Pressed for 2 hours, then marinated for one hour in BBQ sauce, garlic, onions, and liquid smoke. Cooked for 30 minutes on a fish rack on the barbecue grill on low. The flavor is wonderful, texture very meaty and just the right amount of spice. I'm eating it as a snack. Wish there was more!
