Grilled Frugal Feast for One


For me, this never gets old.
Keep it simple: olive oil, salt, pepper, few drops of balsamic.
I used a third of a chuckeye steak. This plate probably cost about $2.

Grill pro tip: Cook the steak first and let it rest. Add the veg, when it's half done, add the shrimp. When it's done, everything is ready at the same time.
