BBQ Tofu with dipping sauce


BBQ Curry Tofu prepared following the recipe, then I put the cubes on a well greased fish rack I use on my grill, over soaked hickory chips, cooked on low for about 15 minutes to make it extra dry and meaty. As if there wasn't enough weird flavor going on, Asian style dipping sauce on the side. Ok, some of the tofu was kinda burned, but let's just say "well caramelized", because I'm eating it all. Dipping sauce rocks this dish!
